We are so excited to announce that Roots 18 Under Armour Green athlete, Brooke Jeffrey, has committed to play volleyball at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Brooke has been part of the Roots family for three years and currently plays Varsity volleyball at Austin High School.

Brooke has been an integral part of her teams’ successes over the years. “Brooke is a dynamic player whose presence is known the second she steps onto the court. Her leadership, hard work, skill and competitiveness rise above her opponent’s. Having her on the court will take any team to the next level,” says Korinne Stinson, head coach of 18 Under Armour Green for the 2021-2022 season.

The Roots family is excited to continue to watch Brooke play at the next level. “She has been fun to watch over the last few years. She’s transitioned from a quick, powerful middle blocker to an explosive outside with great ball control who gets better every day. She will be so fun to watch at the next level,” Roots Volleyball Director, Lindsay Rosenthal says.
