Coach Bio

This season (2024-2025) Noah Corder is the 2nd assistant coach for Root Volleyball’s top 16s team – 16-1 Green.

Noah was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He attended Rouse High School in Leander, Texas and graduated in 2017. Noah played volleyball for Austin Juniors 18 Mizuno for 3 seasons, where his team attended USAV Men’s Junior Nationals every year.

Noah attended Texas State University in San Marcos, where he was on the Dean’s List while pursuing his degree in health and fitness management with a minor in business administration. He graduated in 2022, and he plans on getting his master’s degree in sports psychology while being a graduate assistant for the school’s volleyball team.

Previously (2022-2023) Noah Corder was a floater coach for Root Volleyball’s top 16s team and 15s teams – 16 Green and 15 Green. His 15 Green team secured a bronze medal at USAV Girls’ Junior Nationals (Patriot division) in Minneapolis, MN. His 16 Green team also secured a 5th place finish at Girls’ USAV Junior Nationals (American division). Additionally, he assisted his 16 Green team to a 3rd place finish at Sunshine National Qualifier (where they qualified for the national tournament), a 5th place finish at Lone Star Classic National Qualifier, and a 5th place finish at Lone Star Regionals during regular season.

The previous two seasons (2021-2022, 2020-2021) Noah assisted 16 Under Armour Green. His 2020-2021 season was cut short due to COVID (a week before their first qualifier). His 2021-2022 team won a gold medal at AAU Girls Junior Nationals in the 17 Classic divisions going undefeated. Before coming to Roots Volleyball, Noah coached club volleyball in the Austin-area for the 4 seasons. This will be Noah’s 5th season coaching with the Roots Volleyball family.
