This season (2022-2023) Haleigh Hughes is the assistant coach for Roots Volleyball’s fourth 14s team – 14 Mesquite.

Haleigh was born in Midland, Texas and attended Johnson City High School. She led her high school volleyball team to several strong finishes and earned district MVP, Defensive MVP, and Defensive Specialist honors through her high level of play. She graduated in 2018.

Haleigh is a licensed Medical Esthetician who currently resides in Cedar Park. This will be her first season coaching with the Roots Volleyball family.
