We’re thrilled to announce that Tessa Burton, a dedicated Roots Volleyball athlete, has made the commitment to play volleyball at John Brown University. Tessa is an essential part of our 182 Blue team for the 2023-2024 season and also a key player on the Granger High School Varsity Volleyball team. This marks her second season with the Roots volleyball program.

Tessa’s reputation on the court speaks for itself. She’s a dynamic athlete and a fierce competitor, known for bringing out the best in her teammates. Matt Morgan, Head Coach of the 182 Blue team and Roots Recruiting Coordinator, says, “Tessa is a great teammate and a true asset to any team. She is a great teammate that brings out the best in those around her. John Brown University is lucky to have her, and I’m excited to see her continue to grow as a Golden Eagle.”
