We are so excited to announce that Roots Volleyball athlete, TaNia Penn, has committed to play
volleyball at Vernon College. We have gotten to see TaNia’s incredible growth over the years and are so excited to have her join the Roots Volleyball family as a member of the 181 Green team for the 2023-2024 season. TaNia is also a multi-year starter on the Hyde Park Varsity volleyball team..

TaNia’s hard work and commitment to the sport are driving factors in her success. “TaNia is one of the hardest working athletes I’ve had the opportunity to coach. I’ve witnessed such a transformation coaching her these past three seasons. She has pushed herself beyond her limits and never ceases to amaze me. I know she will continue to bring this work ethic and energy at the next level. Go Chaparrals!” says Korinne Stinson, 181 Green Head Coach for the 2023-2024 season and Head Coach at Hyde Park High School.
