We are so happy to announce that Ava Kostroun, 2025 MB, has verbally committed to Sam Houston State University to continue her volleyball career at the next level. Ava was a member of the Roots 171 Green team for the 2023-2024 season and has been a leader on this squad for the past four seasons. In addition to being a valuable member of the Roots Volleyball program, Ava is also a starter on the Liberty Hill High School Varsity Volleyball team, which made the 5A Texas State Finals last season and finished 3rd in the state in 2022.
