She graduated from Baylor in 2020 with a BS in Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies.

Following graduation, Tara headed to Oregon and served as the Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of Oregon (2020-2021). She moved back to Texas a year ago and currently resides in north Austin. Last season (2021-2022) Tara served as the assistant coach for Roots Volleyball’s top 17s team – 17 Under Armour Green. She led her team to a 5th place finish at Far Western National Qualifier (USA) and qualified the following weekend for USAV Girls’ Junior Nationals at Lone Star Regionals (USA division). JO competition begins on July 1, 2022 and we are wishing them the best of luck! She also served as the Assistant Coach at Southwestern University in Georgetown for the 2021 collegiate season.

Roots Volleyball is excited to bring Tara wealth of knowledge to our coaching staff in her 2nd season with the Roots Volleyball family.
