Coach Bio
This season (2023-2024) Bryce Hudson is the assistant coach for Roots Volleyball’s second 16s team – 16-2 Blue.
Previously (2022-2023) Bryce served as the assistant coach for Roots Volleyball’s top 12s team – 12 Green.
Bryce was born in Houston, Texas and attended Cypress Lakes High School (Class of 2017). He continued his career collegiately at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s in cyber security.
While at UTSA he served as the student assistant for UTSA Women’s Volleyball (2017-2018). Previously, Bryce coached club volleyball for Texas Tornadoes (2020-2022).
Bryce currently resides in Pflugerville with his German Shepard, Ghost, and works as a Cyber Security Analyst. This will be his second season coaching with the Roots Volleyball family.
